Notch'yo

We had the all meat pizza, got the kids a cheese pizza and shared an antipasto salad. Food was pretty good. Meat pizza was greasy and salty, probably because of all the meat. Next time I'll try something with mushrooms and pineapple.

Edit: we've ordered a few more times after my original review. Unfortunately, the pizza quality is not as good anymore. Lacking cheese and toppings, too much crust. What a bummer. I just can't give it 5 stars anymore. ****** First, let me begin by saying that I am probably one of the most pickiest pizza eaters on the face of this earth. I don't really like any chain pizzas and I'm super fussy about my cheese, crust, and red sauce ratio to toppings. This pizza was awesome. The dough was definitely homemade and flopped over a bit when I picked it up. The cheese was spot on (low moisture mozerella, none of that, shall I say Papa John's "creamy" fake cheese). The sauce, perfect, no clumps and the toppings weren't floating in it. This is the first time I didn't have to take my cheese off and scrape my crust to remove a bunch of unwanted sauce. 5 stars for sure. The wings - excellent. No rubbery skin. The Not yo balls -amazing. And the cheesy bread was some of the best I've ever had. We liked it all. Definitely stop in and give this place a try. Locally owned, great service, friendly staff and make sure to vote for "NO" pineapple on your pizza, Lol!

I was in town for a soccer game and did not want fast food. I saw this restaurant online and figured I’d give it a try. I ordered to go and on my way to pick it up I realized I forgot my wallet. The owner was super friendly and understanding and gave me my food for the cash I happened to have in my purse, and it was delicious. I got a pepperoni and mushroom calzone hot out of the oven. And it was very reasonably priced. I would have expected to pay $15 plus for its size, but it was only $10. It’s off the beaten path, but well worth the drive. I’m looking forward to going back the next time I’m in town.

My wife and I were at an event in Bay City yesterday. My wife wasn’t hungry but I looked up a pizza place located nearby just south of Bay City. This is the one I decided to choose. The person behind the counter seemed to be pretty nice. After getting the pizza to go I took a bite of it. I thought it was pretty amazing. I told my wife it ranked pretty high in my list of favorite pizza places. What I really liked is that it was a thin pizza. After eating as much as I could I gave a slice to my wife to put back in the box. She decided to take a bite despite not being hungry. She felt it should’ve had more sauce. She is usually one to like light sauce. It probably could have but I still thought it tasted great. My only complaint was that they didn’t have any 20 oz pop and I felt the candy was pretty pricey. I didn’t need the candy anyway. Overall it was a good experience. I would return if it wasn’t so far away. Hopefully anyone who reads my review and is considering this restaurant will give them a try. One other thing I would like to add is that my wife loved the pizza box. It sounds silly but it could make for a nice picture. She actually cut the picture out to keep it and possibly color it.

The gluten free items are delicious. Excellent options for customization! My husband enjoyed his pizza as well. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience.

I live in Saginaw and I drive to Notch'yos because of how different you guys are. I've never been to a pizzeria that offers diabetic friendly options (I absolutely love the topping bowl). I always feel welcomed there verses how I feel walking in to the Little Caesars that literally 1/4 mile from my house. I've ordered 10+ pizzas multiple times from you for a birthday party and every single one was to perfection. The burgers are amazing and I absolutely love the nachos which is what we originally had when we found you guys during the food truck event at the Bridgeport Historical Society. My entire family loves you guys.

I have tried their nachos numerous times because they are so good. However, today we decided to try their pizza. Amazing! We live in Frankenmuth where there are like 8 different places to get pizza, all are within walking distance from our house. We will be making the drive from now on to get pizza from Notch yo. I personally like extra sauce, less cheese on my pizzas. Every single time I order it that way anywhere else- I end up with a dry pizza swimming in cheese. Not this time. I really appreciate that Notch yo saw my requests and actually gave me a “perfect” pizza. The amount of toppings were generous and the price was right. I love me a foldable slice of pizza, the crust was perfect. Next time we have a party, I’m definitely going to be ordering the pizza from here :)

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Notch Yo for the last four years and this remains a top choice at our campground for food trucks to come visit. Thanks for feeding our bellies delicious food. all the laughs and last minute visits to the campground when I am in a pinch. I appreciate you all more than you know and consider you all family!
